Refunds

If we can't deliver your item, you get your money back as store credit for another item, or we sort out a refund with you through support.

Delivered gift links can't be refunded: a link can't be taken back once it's in your hands.

Underpaid orders are not delivered. Contact support and we'll settle the difference or refund what arrived, minus network fees.
