Is this the same as buying from Discord?
Yes. Every item comes from the official Discord Shop and reaches you as a Discord gift link. Once you claim it, it's on your profile exactly as if you bought it there.
Why is it so much cheaper?
We buy in a way that costs far less than Discord's list price and pass most of that on. The item and the gift link are the same either way.
How fast does it arrive?
Most orders arrive within a few minutes of your payment confirming. Your order page shows each step as it happens.
How do I claim my item?
Open the gift link while logged in to Discord and tap Claim. A link works once, for one account, and expires 48 hours after delivery.
Do you need my Discord login?
Never. You claim the gift yourself. No password, no token, no screen sharing.
Which coins can I pay with?
USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, TRON, Toncoin, BNB and over a hundred more. On small orders, USDT on Polygon or TRON, or Litecoin, keep the network fee low.
I sent a little less than the invoice.
Prices move while you pay, so anything within 2% of the invoice still goes through. If it's further off, we email you to sort it out.
What if something can't be delivered?
Our team picks it up. You get the item, or your money back as store credit you can spend on anything else.
Do I need an account?
No, an email is enough. An account lets you keep a balance, check out faster and see every order in one place.
